Deborah Black is a Martha's Vineyard artist who has been creating artwork with handmade paper for over 30 years.

She studied studio art and art history at Connecticut College and art history at Cornell University, where she was a curatorial intern at the Herbert F Johnson Museum of Art.

Deborah has exhibited most recently at the MV Film Center. Her work has also been included in shows at Featherstone Center for the Arts and at the Prudential Center in Boston.
