Join us for Chair Yoga with Kat, a gentle and accessible yoga class designed for all levels of fitness and mobility. This session focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and relaxation using the support of a chair. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a low-impact way to move their body and calm their mind, Kat will guide you through seated and standing poses, deep breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises.
